A healthy ME
Well today I started on my new quest to focus on getting healthy, I am so sick of saying I will do it and sort of start than binge on something I shouldn't. But this time its different, I want this, I need this! I want to feel good about myself again and this will be a great start!
I wish I had scales that I could take a photo like Sam, so I can have a look back at my progress and know that it is working. Might have to go invest in a new set I think.
So hopefully in the next few months, I will be able to see a real difference!
Wish me luck girl and I wish all my other friends good health too:)
